KIR is about New! New to market, new to consumers, new to this world. Our world, our culture has always been about improving things. Finding new and better ways to do things. For example, first people figure out that gluten may not be the best thing for them. So someone starts simple and creates gluten-free bread. Then we want to do it for ourselves so someone offers gluten-free flour. Then people discover that gluten-free doesn’t taste too good, so someone goes to work on improving taste. Before long there is an entire section of good tasting gluten-free products. It just keeps getting better.
