Saturated Fats

I read an article in our local paper (yeah, I still read newspapers!) that a recent study concluded that saturated fats are not as evil as previously thought. Dr. Frank Hu, professor at Harvard School of Public Health, said, “I think future dietary guidelines will put more and more emphasis on real food rather than giving an absolute upper limit or cutoff for certain macronutrients.” My interpretation is that real food means no chemicals, limited processing, no additives, no preservatives. If so, that is a concept that people can get their arms around.
